yesterday, i promised you another recipe. i have to be honest, though: this is not my own recipe. i stumbled upon the recipe for this very tasty-looking cheesecake while browsing through a beautiful mess. emma got it from elsie’s sister-in-law who had gotten it from paula deen. this cheesecake can’t be anything but good, i figured, with so many people using and adapting (and maybe improving?) the instructions.

it was very rich, and soooo delicious! next time, i’ll cut back on the cream cheese and sugar, and add some more apples.
